SHIPPING, PICKUP & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

LashMi LLC (“Company”) provides both physical professional lash products and digital resources. This policy outlines how orders are processed, delivered, and handled.
 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.


Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.


During high-volume periods, restocks, or launches, processing times may extend slightly.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is fulfilled via USPS or other applicable carriers selected at checkout.


Delivery typically arrives 6–10 business days after processing, depending on carrier timelines and destination.


Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, LashMi LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, delivery interruptions, or weather-related disruptions.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


LashMi LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipment will require additional shipping fees.

Pickup confirmation is required before arrival. Order confirmation must be presented at pickup.

PRODUCT STORAGE & HANDLING

All lash adhesives and products are stored in controlled temperature and humidity conditions prior to sale to maintain quality and performance standards.


Once a product leaves our facility, environmental conditions are outside of our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Due to hygiene and safety standards within the professional lash industry, all physical product sales are final.


Once an item leaves our facility, it cannot be returned.


If a product arrives visibly damaged, you must:
• Contact the shipping carrier immediately
 • Notify LashMi LLC within 24 hours of delivery
 • Provide photo documentation

 

Damage occurring in transit to your delivery address is the responsibility of the carrier. Goods must be examined upon receipt and noted with the carrier when applicable.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically via instant download and/or email confirmation upon successful purchase.


Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.
