About LashMi
What began as a lash studio has become a resource shaped by nearly a decade inside one.
LashMi was founded in 2016 after I became a licensed esthetician, makeup artist, and lash artist.
What started behind the lash bed grew through years of working with clients, developing systems, testing products, refining technique, and learning what actually mattered inside a working beauty business.
Today, LashMi carries that experience forward in a different way.
Professional lash products and studio resources, chosen or developed through real-world use.
The studio years

LashMi began as a client-facing lash business, but the work behind it quickly became much bigger than applying extensions.
Every appointment brought another opportunity to understand the details that shape a professional client experience.
How products performed over time.
How natural lashes responded.
How policies affected the client relationship.
How documentation created clarity.
How communication prevented confusion.
How small operational decisions shaped the business behind the service.
Over the years, LashMi grew from an independent lash practice into a luxury studio and eventually a larger multi-room beauty space.
Through every version of the business, the same thing remained important:
Do the work well, protect what matters, and build something that can be trusted.
The products, systems, and resources LashMi offers today grew from that history.

From the beginning, LashMi was built around a simple philosophy:

That philosophy still influences LashMi today, including the products I choose to carry and the resources I choose to put the LashMi name behind.

As a U.S. distributor for LashGod, LashMi provides professional lash products selected through years of hands-on experience behind the lash bed.
Rather than carrying products simply to fill a catalog, the focus is on products I know, have worked with, recommend, or intentionally choose to make available to other professionals.
From adhesives and bonders to lashes and application essentials, LashMi makes professional supplies available for shipping throughout the U.S. and local pickup in Colorado.

Studio Systems & Resources
Some of the most valuable things developed inside LashMi weren't products at all.
They were the documents, processes, client communication, policies, and operational systems built and refined while running the business.
Selected pieces of that infrastructure are now being rebuilt as digital resources for licensed professionals who want to bring more organization and consistency into their own studios without starting everything from scratch.
From Studio to Resource
LashMi looks different today than it did when I started in 2016.
That's intentional.
After nearly a decade inside the industry, I no longer wanted the business to depend primarily on how many appointments I could personally take or how many hours I could spend physically teaching.
But I also didn't want everything developed through those years to disappear simply because the business was changing.
There was too much value in what had already been built.
So LashMi evolved with me.
Today, it is a more streamlined business centered on professional products and studio resources that can continue serving lash professionals without requiring me to be behind the lash bed every day.
The form changed.
The experience behind it didn't.
