How to Use:

  1. Apply Curematic to a micro swab or lip wand.

  2. Primer Application: Apply to natural lashes before starting your full set or refill for an inside-out drying effect. Wait 60 seconds before applying extensions.

  3. Sealant Application: Apply to the base of completed classic/hybrid or volume lash extensions for an outside-in drying effect.

  4. Recommended: Use as a primer on natural lashes before applying any extensions for instant drying and maximum retention.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Order?


If your order arrives visibly damaged, you believe a product arrived defective, or LashMi sent an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lashmiilashes@gmail.com.


Please include:

• Your order number 

• A description of the issue 

• Clear photos of the product 

• Photos of the shipping package and packaging materials if transit damage occurred 

• Batch or lot information when applicable


Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, and packaging materials while the issue is being reviewed.


For verified qualifying issues, LashMi's standard resolution may be replacement, exchange, or LashMi store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.


Refunds to the original payment method are generally not provided for physical products except when LashMi determines a refund is appropriate or when required by applicable law.


Adhesive Performance


Opened adhesives are not eligible for replacement, exchange, credit, or refund solely because of preference, curing speed, retention results, compatibility, or environmental performance.

Adhesive performance can be affected by temperature, humidity, storage, application technique, curing conditions, and other factors outside LashMi's control.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time Orders are carefully packed and prepared within 1–3 business days before being handed off to USPS. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


U.S. Shipping LashMi currently ships within the United States only.

Tracking Tracking information is emailed once your shipping label has been created. Please allow time for USPS to receive and scan the package.


Ordering Adhesive? Lash adhesives are temperature sensitive. During extreme heat or freezing temperatures, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping option and monitoring tracking closely so your package can be retrieved promptly after delivery.
