Pro Tip for 100% Coverage:
1. Rip a small piece of tape and place it on the back of your clean hand first to slightly loosen the grip.
2. Go from underneath the lashes and place the tape onto the tips of the natural or synthetic fibers.
3. Gently pull the lashes up and tape them down to reveal the next layer of natural lashes.
4. Repeat until every layer is filled!

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Order?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you believe a product arrived defective, or LashMi sent an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lashmiilashes@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package and packaging materials if transit damage occurred
• Batch or lot information when applicable
Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, and packaging materials while the issue is being reviewed.
For verified qualifying issues, LashMi's standard resolution may be replacement, exchange, or LashMi store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Refunds to the original payment method are generally not provided for physical products except when LashMi determines a refund is appropriate or when required by applicable law.
Adhesive Performance
Opened adhesives are not eligible for replacement, exchange, credit, or refund solely because of preference, curing speed, retention results, compatibility, or environmental performance.
Adhesive performance can be affected by temperature, humidity, storage, application technique, curing conditions, and other factors outside LashMi's control.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time Orders are carefully packed and prepared within 1–3 business days before being handed off to USPS. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
U.S. Shipping LashMi currently ships within the United States only.
